Nonlinear Dynamics of Continuum Systems

The symposium is to cover a broad scope of nonlinear dynamics of continuum systems or systems with infinite dimensions. The fundamental theory and application in mechanics and physics are welcome. All papers will be peer-reviewed, and upon acceptance, they will be published in the special issue of Journal of Environmental Accounting and Management. Manuscripts are solicited in the following topics but not limited to,

  • Model Reduction for Nonlinear Dynamic Systems with Infinite Dimension
  • Lagrangian Coherent Structures, Topological Methods and Networks in Fluid Dynamics and Combustion
  • Singularities (shock wave, instability, flow separation, vortex, flow pattern, cavitation, bubble, critical phenomena, soliton, turbulence, Thermoacoustic Oscillation etc.) in Fluid Dynamics and Combustion
  • Nonlinear Dynamics in Thin-walled Structures
  • Nonlinear Dynamics in Aeroelasticity and Fluid-structure Interaction
  • Bifurcation, Stability and Chaos in Continuum Systems
